for Manna Employees and their dependents!

Submit the form below to be entered to win! Raffle is open July 17th- 31st and winners will be announced August 2nd. Please only submit the below form once as duplicate names will only be counted one time.

Backpacks are meant for students PK-12th Grade. Names will be selected through a random drawing.
